Lori's role in safety education is critical, and she has the knowledge and resources to ease the implementation of safe practices into businesses of any size.

Lori has ten years of experience in running a small business in the hospitality industry. She was the general manager and Human Resources Director for one of Maine's busiest restaurants. With the help of MEMIC, they were able to design a safety program that worked for them. The reduction of injuries, along with an increase in employee awareness and morale, was immediate.

Along with her hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Westfield State College and a Master of Science degree in Adult Education from the University of Southern Maine.
