Lori has ten years' experience running a small business. She was the general manager and Human Resources Director for one of Maine's busiest restaurants, Ricetta's Brick Oven Pizzeria in South Portland. With MEMIC's help companies like Ricetta's are able to design and implement safety programs that work for them. These organizations enjoy a reduction of injuries, along with an increase in employee awareness and morale.

Lori earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Westfield State College, and a Master's degree in Training and Staff Development from the University of Southern Maine.
